OPEN HOUSE was today for our second flip on Bristol in Tacoma near Point Definace. It was a smaller scale flip which went together far faster than the first big onr but it was still a big chore that kept Matt and the workers as busy as bees. Here's the finished KITCHEN.
The end result was a far cry from the Kitchen BEFORE!
Downstairs: kitchen, nook, family room and two bed rooms w/ bath also a unfinished basement on the lower level for plenty of storage.
Jack and Jill bath downstairs.
Added the french doors to the left in the kitchen, then a pantry and a window (where the former sliding door was) in the kitchen.
FINISHED UPSTAIRS, the master suite, sitting/play area with view of the Port of Tacoma then added a master bath and laundry room took out mini kitchenette.
BEFORE PICS UPSTAIRS, pretty yucky...
A BEFORE that was pretty overgrown and now the AFTER pic.
All updated now, it turned out very cute!
