HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!!!
Happy 15th Jarom!
So like Jarom to slice himself a piece of cake straight from the center of the cake!
Happy 15th Jarom! He was happy that he got his new BMX bike he chose from our local bike shop here in Sumner. Matt and I picked it up on Sat evening and kept it hid in the back of the suburban until Sun evening to surprise him. We surprised Jarom with a family dinner and party after church Sunday since his b-day was on Tues the 22nd this year. All smiles for this kid, although with Drivers Ed in the works...not sure how long he will be riding his bike around town~
We now have a new weight room in our garage of all places. When I went to pick Ellie up from a b day party last weekend, Jarom had tagged along with me to stop off at the store on the way home so he could use some of his b-day money that was sent to him from family members (thanks gma and gpa Noble and Kinsey's) to buy some hand weights so he can prep for wrestling in the Winter. He had also talked to me about starting to do the weight room after school starting the following Monday as well. Gma Jackson took Jarom shopping on his actual b-day and he picked out some wrestling head gear so he's getting there in the prep! Anyways, as we went to pick Ellie up at her friends, their neighbor was loading all of this weight room and hand weight training equipment, almost new complete with all of the weights ect onto his front drive way to sell at a blow out price. It was perfect timing, now Matt and Jarom will be doing some of their own weight lifting and training in the comfort of their own garage. Here they are loading it into the garage out of the trailer. Show me those muscles guys~
Brooklynne was mommies side kick helper to make and prep all of the fall festival games this year for our ward Halloween party. It was a lot of fun and a great success, here she is helping paint the Ghost Golf carnival booth game.
Loving the costume and make up job, we made Jarom up as Frankenstein this year.
Brooklynne as Snow White and Josh as one of our Cowboys, the kids had fun with the costumes this year, we've gone to so many Halloween parties they got to switch up the costumes for each.
There's our two Cowboys, loving the mustache's boys...totally makes the costume right!
Looking totally thrilled for these pics...
Bre our cat and who knew you could cook 60 plus hot dogs in one crock pot:? No water needed they just steam with their own moisture standing tall, very convenient...2 hours on high or four hours on low, some rotation may be necessary with the ones in the very center. I had all four primary presidency members cook up a crock pot full of the hot dogs, we also had chili, chili cheese dogs, cornbread, salads and the cupcakes at the cupcake walk for dessert.
Law enforcement and a convict, Matt and I tend to coordinate our costumes as a pair each year, it makes things fun!
Uh oh, how do we get these hand cuffs off? No fear, our cowboys came to the rescue!
All right, here's a ton of candids of the evening!
