Twenty Two Year Celebration of Togetherness

Matt and I were able to get away on a local stay-cation to Bellevue for a celebration of 22 years of Eternity! It was nice to get away and to spend time together with a bit of relaxation from the every-day demands of mom/dad/many hats life.

The night before he headed out of town, all the kids minus Saydee and Spencer were out or away for the night with friends and cousins so we took the two home out to dinner for a smaller than norm "party-of four" dinner out with mom and dad. 

As our love for each other only buds and blooms stronger and deeper as the years roll by "through thick and thin"...a Beautiful flower bouquet from my love, so pretty! 

Let Freedom Ring!!

 We celebrated the 4th at home this year (as most.) We had our ward pancake breakfast in the morn which we helped head up and do the decorations for (I'm the Relief Soc Secretary now and the RS was in charge) and the boys did the flag raising ceremony. Then in the evening, we went out to Black Diamond to Gpa Jacksons home to light up the sky with our display of independence. (Much of the Jackson clan was in Chelan this year for the 4th minus us and Mike/Ashley and their kids Levi/Elizabeth and Elias and Gpa but we still had a great time and the kids brought a few of their friends Catylynn/Cammie Jean with us to join in the fun.) We BBQed hamburgers and hot dogs and had an eventful night of fire works and fun!!
