The majority of the pictures were taken late Friday night or rather early Saturday morn after we cleaned to prep for the open house so lighting is a bit dark but we are quite pleased with the end results of flip # 1.

This is a BEAUTIFUL house! Too bad one can't uproot it and land it in Maple Valley. ;)
