Sporadic May Happenings 2016 in no particular order...
The Youth in our Ward Playing Games at the Park for Mutual, Spencer is 12 so he's a part of all of the fun now.
Good Times.
Brooklynne's Kindergarten Concert. Billy Goats Gruff.
It was Teacher Appreciation Week, (not St Patty's lol with the Green) the kiddos got to wear their teachers favorite color this day and Mrs Argo's fav color was green.
Young Women Bulletin Board Decorating.
The Girls did a great job working together to get both boards complete.
Bre's Cheer Banquet at Nina's House. It was good food, a Mexican Fiesta and a beautiful sunset on her back deck. All of the Girls Lettered with Varsity.
Cheer was really a positive experience for Bre this past year. She has grown so much and learned a lot of valuable life leadership skills.
Side Walk Chalk is a neighborhood Evening Fav for Brooklynne and Friends!
Ward Talent Show YW Skit, a few of the actors.
The YM "So Long, Farewell Sound of Music Skit" so funnnnny!
Good Bye...
So Long, Farewell...
Good Night.
They did this skit two times as did the young women for the stake youth talent show then for our ward talent show, it was a hoot. Never knew the yw let alone my two boys were such actors! Look at Spencer, you've gotta love Jarom in the pink bath robe...
Thanks to Jarom's now "official" girlfriend who filled Bre in on a few job openings at Super Jump in Auburn, they both landed a job there. Congrats to the new employees.
And look who made the DANCE DRILL team for her 1st year in high school. Congrats Ellie, fun times ahead await you.
Ellie tried out with a few of her friends from school and looks forward to getting to know her Drill Friends better this year especially at Camp that's coming up soon.
A little surprise to Ellie after she made the team for her good efforts after a long Try-out week.
Mother's Day was nice this year. Time spent with the family with the added perk of happy beautiful flowers with sweet tender notes and wishes from the kids.
Costco is still my fav place to get my hanging baskets for the summer months, what you get for the price you pay far exceeds the nurseries.
All Hung up.
These Roses were beautiful, I have better pics on my real camera that I have yet to download but they kind looked leopardy, very cool. The arrangement looked and smelled even prettier when the lilies bloomed through out the week. The Cherry Coke was for the 3:30 am bed time the night before (Friday evening) with all of the Prom excitement and the 7 am wake up time for Saydee (Sat morn) so this mom could stay awake for dinner out with Matt's parents so Matt could take his mom out to the Outback for Mother's Day Dinner Sat night. Matt cooked his smoked ribs for Sunday Mother's Day Dinner then we headed over to Grandma and Grandpa Jackson's to bring some dessert and so the kids could give gma her Mother's Day presents. It was a very nice weekend with my sweet kiddos and amazing husband for sure.
Love these.
