Easter Weekend 2022 April
Easter just crept up on us so fast this year...maybe it was because life in general has just been so busy busy and full! We enjoyed Easter though, Wendy and her lil one Aiden met up with Saydee and I for a nice lunch at Red Robin and to see the Easter Bunny at the Auburn Outlook Collection Supermall area the Thursday before Easter. It's always nice to do a bit of Best Friend catching up. Then we did some Easter egg coloring when Uncle Jake and cousin Ireland were over the Sat evening before Easter. Jake was in the garage helping Matt with some motor welding. Easter Sunday after the kids checked out their Easter Bunny loot we made pancakes for breakfast and Matt hid the Easter eggs in our yard. The kids went out a hunting before we went to church. Josh went hard at the hunt and came out ahead making like $300. for the day. ($270. here and $30. at G-mas.) Woot, woot for Josh, he says he's saving for a car so it's all good. After church and our Easter service, we headed over to Black Diamond to meet up with the Jackson's for Easter Dinner and for some fun Easter Family Traditions of a nice spiritual Easter Atonement and Resurrection thought then Games and the Egg Hunt. The family traditions and time together are always something that we cherish, those memories can be taken with us to the eternities! We are so grateful for our Savior and his Sacrifice for all of us that we can now attain Eternal Life if we choose to follow in His Footsteps and to utilize his great gift of the Atonement.
